Guillardia theta CCMP2712 vs Hyaloperonospora arabidopsidis Translated Blat results

Guillardia theta CCMP2712 (Guillardia theta CCMP2712, Guith1) and Hyaloperonospora arabidopsidis (Hyaloperonospora arabidopsidis, HyaAraEmoy2_2.0) were aligned using the Translated Blat alignment algorithm (Kent W, Genome Res., 2002;12(4):656-64) in Ensembl Protists release 76. Guillardia theta CCMP2712 was used as the reference species. After running Translated Blat, the raw Translated Blat alignment blocks were chained according to their location in both genomes. During the final netting process, the best sub-chain was chosen in each region on the reference species.
